Confusion
They Don't Know What They Are Doing
The average human being has not developed themselves sufficiently to understand their reality and navigate it consciously.
They haven't developed a personal honour code and use it to see their way through life peacefully.
As a result, they engage in violence and dishonour without even knowing it, and incur karmic debt.
Even the slightest, most subtle act of dishonour still incurs debt!
Realm of Confusion
Due to the thick nature of matter, forgetting occurs in the Free Will Universe, which is also known as the Realm of Confusion.
General lack of awareness and lack of respect for this dynamic means it is very easy for someone to become confused and noetically lost.
Operating on incorrect information is called insanity.
Insanity is Normalized
When everyone is confused and insane, the confusion and insanity are normalized and people appear to be normal, where normal is understood to be operating correctly.
But operating in a confused and insane state is not a proper mode of operation for a human being.
You must learn to look past your upbringing, programming, and propaganda, and see how the universe really works to get out of this situation.
Wounded People Wound People
When people don't know what they are doing, they raise their children in inappropriate and damaging ways.
The lessons they think they are teaching are not the lessons that are actually learned. The slightest betrayal is injurious to the child.
Children are raised in a damaged state and when they grow up, they have their own children whom they raise in exactly the opposite way to their upbringing, and this causes a different kind of damage in the opposite direction.
This creates a cycle of generational trauma and abandonment that is very damaging to society and must be addressed.
Wounded Nations Wound Nations
How we treat ourselves and each other individually scales to how nations treat themselves and each other.
When a wounded and damaged nation grows and comes into power, it will exteriorize the same kind of damage that was done to it, to other nations.
Like above, should it try to protect a nation in exactly the opposite way that it was treated, it will cause a different kind of damage in the opposite direction to the protected nation.
Governmental Stockholm Syndrome
You love your government, but your government abuses you. This is Stockholm Syndrome on a mass scale. You cannot be considered of sound mind until you leave your abuser and regain your sanity.
Slavery
Citizens are Subjects
Citizens are subjects. They are subject to the laws of their country and operate under its government and sovereignty.
Due to this function, they are not truly free, and are slaves to their public authority. There is no such thing as a sovereign citizen.
Employees are Slaves
If you must work for someone else in order to survive, you are a slave. It does not matter if you can change who your employer is, that you must have an employer in the first place is cause enough of slavery.
Employment, also known as voluntary servitude, is a more perfect form of slavery. It also prevents proper development of the desire mind and is therefore a source of harm and dishonour.
Freedom Is Always Taken
Freedom is never given nor granted, it is always taken.
You take it by assuming your separate and equal station among the powers of the Earth by developing yourself sufficiently, learning to act like a responsible human being,
and exercising your right to self-determination to get out from under the slave-based tyranny system that raised you.
Freedom Is Not Free
You are not born free: you are born a slave. One who is born free does not need to work for someone else just to survive. Free people are neither tax nor wage slaves.
Truly free societies would develop in such a way as to honour this requirement.
In order for you to secure your freedom, you must work hard and become a polymath. This investment in yourself is a requirement for leaving an unjust society and walking away free.
Property
You Don't Own Your Property
Countries today don't recognize the property relation between spirit and body, and therefore trespass against it frequently.
Technically, this is terrorism by that government against the people.
As well, in many cases, ownership over your house, land, and other property isn't as strong as you might think it is, and functions more like rent via taxation.
If it can be confiscated (or jailed), you do not truly own it.
Compacts
You Are Not A Party to the Compact
The constitution, charter, or whatever other founding documents of a country are a compact -- a contract like any other. They follow the rules of contracts.
If you are not a signatory to it, it does not apply to you.
Trespass
Alleging that you have rights granted by a compact to which you are not a party -- when in fact you have no such rights because you are not a party to it -- is an example of a trespass against another group's compact.
Appeals to constitutional, charter, or founding document violations are a trespass.
Terrorism
Suing a group over perceived violations of their compact upon you, when you are not a party to it and thus have no standing upon which to sue, is an act of terrorism.
Your only remedy is to learn the foundations of law and act upon that new knowledge properly.
Violence and Dishonour
Some societies claim their constitution, charter, or founding documents apply to you when you are not a party to them. They do not apply to you because you are not a party to them.
However, these societies monopolize violence and use it against you to force you to comply with their rules. Such acts are egregiously dishonourable and are terrorism against you.
But you can't fight back because they are stronger than you. Your only remedy is to learn the foundations of law and act upon that new knowledge properly to get out from under them.
It's Not Your Country
What you think of as your country is not actually a country. It's a micronation operating a slave plantation over an ignorant, indigenous population.
Under the Law of Necessity, you access what that society provides (however fraudulently) in order to survive in a hostile environment with restricted resources.
It is advantageous for them to allow this fraud because it increases the power of their society, but the fact remains, it is a foreign entity to you and you are not a party to it.
The United Nations Security Council Rules the World
By agreement, most countries are members of the United Nations and are signatories to its various compacts.
Also by agreement, member countries defer the big responsibilities to the Security Council, which means the Security Council gets to make and enforce the decisions.
Whatever they decide is what they decide. Other U.N. agencies such as the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization also have their power by agreement.
If you do not wish to be bound by the agendas of the various U.N. agencies, which in recent years have proven hostile to the planet, then you need to live in or help build a country that is not a U.N. member nor signatory to its compacts.
Agreement Abuse
Many agreements try to govern behaviour in their compacts, including business transactions, beyond the scope of what is considered appropriate.
Such abuses are a trespass against the self-determination of the individual on the receiving end, who often does not have much power or choice in his or her life.
It can be a source of serious mental conflict and distress to accept a contract that one does not want out of necessity for survival and we view such situations as tragic.
Even at the societal level, agreements can be abusive and are used as an attempt to gain power or leverage over the society.
Self-Government
You Get the Government you Deserve
Those who will not govern themselves, will be governed by others.
This is partly out of necessity.
People who won't govern themselves, regardless of whether they believe they should or not,
will be led around by Nature's impulses in their confused and insane state, and this can result in them causing harm to others.
Governments are put in place to control this dynamic.
Democracy Requires Self-Government
In order for a democratic society to survive, each member of the population must practice self-government.
Lacking this forces the societal government to adopt greater measures of control, which erodes the democratic nature of the society, and causes tyranny.
Those who do not Self-Govern are Children
Self-government requires the development of character and an honour code. Lacking this is considered lacking in development, which means one has not properly reached adulthood.
Such people are therefore considered children, even though they may be however old they are.
Representative Democracy
Elected Representatives Do Not Represent Your Interests
There is a theory in representative democracies that elected representatives ought to represent the interests of their constituents.
Some may do so, but in practice this is not true.
There is no formal agreement in any state that says an elected representative must represent the interests of their constituents.
The actual function is that when they are elected, the representative gains the ability to make the decisions. Whatever they decide is what they decide.
Elections Do Not Guarantee Qualifications
Though somebody may be elected, it does not mean that they are qualified for their position.
There are no qualification checks on potential representatives in representative democracies.
It is entirely possible for someone who is an idiot, corrupt, or a traitor to be elected leader of a society, and that is very dangerous for the society.
One-Dimensional Thinking
Politics in representative democracies typically devolve into left-right thinking and their respective camps. This is a very serious and dangerous problem.
When either camp gets too big, the society destabilizes and enters a tyranny.
When the right camp gets too big, the society becomes stagnant.
When the left camp gets too big, the society is betrayed by their penchant for bringing in extreme numbers of foreigners to distract and invade.
In either case, the society and its people cannot grow.
There are paradoxical issues as well. It is possible for both camps to be right about an issue while neither have the correct solution.
Systems
Systems Cannot Be Changed From Within
Systemic problems require systemic solutions. Although some well-intentioned people try to change systems from within, that is not how systems work.
When you are in a system, you are a part of it, and the system is in control.
How the system is designed will determine how it performs and what it does.
The only place the design of a system can be changed is from outside of it, from a position of control over the system.
Heads of State can change a system's' design. No one else has the authority or the ability.
You Can Only Enter or Exit Systems
You do not have the power to change systems. The only power you have is the ability to enter a new system and/or exit an old one.
That is the only method available to you to affect systemic change.
Enemy Action
You Have Enemies
Though you may never have known war or actual combat, that does not mean you don't have enemies.
The opposite of peace is war and you can't have one without the other, unless you learn how to solve this paradox.
As many people are under-developed, and as enemy actors work about your society, the probability of conflict and hardship in your life increases,
with the ultimate consequence being your silent destruction through subtle, stealthy means.
Governments are Captured
It has been obvious for some time now that some governments do not actually serve the best interests of their people, but rather, use the resources of their country
to serve foreign interests. This occurs at the expense of the average citizen. We find these actions to be contrary to the very foundations of society, as described in Book 1, Section 1, of the Law of Nations.
Governments are Enemy Actors
When governments, whether well-intentioned or not, deploy policy that is injurious to their people, there is no difference between that and the actions of a hostile force controlling the government.
When governments wage silent wars against their own people, it is the duty of those people for their very survival to sever all ties with that government and unite under a new banner.
