Overview
As this system models the self, and in particular a Triune Self, there is another component we ought to add that is easy to forget to make sure it is not forgotten.
That is the Aia. The Aia is a unit of consciousness that has graduated from nature and now exists as an intelligence.
The highest possible unit in nature is a breath-form, also known as a soul, so the Aia is a soul that has freed itself from nature.
This system of democracy also has an intelligent and nature dividing line.
Everything in the system is on the intelligent side, except the Office of Manifestation, which is on the nature side.
Generally, the system operates in a top-down fashion where manifestation is concerned.
What if we added feedback to the system?
In the reverse direction, from the Office of Manifestation to the Council of Witness, we can add feedback from nature as a response to the proposal being implemented.
The Office of the Aia is responsible for receiving feedback from the Office of Manifestation.
It processes the feedback and reports it to the Council of Witness.
The Office may work with other offices as it needs to in order to do its processing.
The Office of the Aia collects feedback relating to how proposals were implemented.
That feedback can include the ease of implementation, any cost overruns, any kind of unexpected developments including and especically if the laws of physics don't match expectation,
any complaints or compliments from the people about the implementation, and the same from any foreign dignitaries.
Whatever the feedback may be, it will be delivered from the various positions in the Office of Manifestation.
There is more to this office than mere feedback collection.
It must be able to parse and understand the feedback and convert it into something meaningful.
If there are cost overruns, for example, then it will have to understand why.
Could it be because of poor planning? Could there be unexpected costs? Could there be grifting, theft, or even fund diversion going on?
Maybe there is a mafia or corruption somewhere.
The office may audit as it sees fit.
In this sense, the Office of the Aia functions as a kind of autonomous adjunct council, to ensure the people are not being stolen from.
It can deliver its findings to Council and report corruption to the Office of Identity for cleansing.
If there are unexpected developments, the Office has to try to find out what was it that was unexpected and how so?
This is an adept system of knowledge and for something to be unknown means there exists the possibility of a mistake.
The Office needs to investigate to ensure any possibilities where mistakes can occur are closed.
Mistakes are errors in the system that can be exploited.
They can be exploited to parasite and feed off a civilizational system, cause it to fail, and ultimately lead to a tyranny.
Mistakes must be corrected.
They are the same things as bugs in a system and prevent the system from operating at its fullest potential.
Where the unexpected development is the laws of physics not operating as expected, then the Office of the Aia shall conduct an investigation to discover how the operation of those physical laws actually work
so that the gap in knowledge can be closed.
These discoveries should be stored in the knowledge banks of the system and communicated to the people so they may correct their knowledge and learn from it.
In this sense, the Office of the Aia is a research office.
Where all other offices on the intelligent side of this system try their very best to make error-free proposals before they are given to the Office of Manifestation,
the Office of the Aia corrects any errors that are detected after this manifestation has occurred.
It completes a full-circuit error-correcting mechanism in this system.
